VALPARAISO | No one was injured in a noon fire today on the second floor of a building at 251 West Indiana Ave., according to police.

The fire was reportedly contained to a second-story room of the downtown building.

Traffic was blocked from the area of Napoleon Street and Indiana Avenue.

The blaze is under investigation.
